Rifugio Garibaldi

From 2 of September we are closed.

I have been leading the Giuseppe Garibaldi refuge for more than five years; it is set  in the heart of the “National Park of the Gran Sasso and Mounts of the Laga” at an altitude 2230 meters. It is the oldest refuge of Appennino mountain chain, inaugurated far away in 1886. Built by  the section of the alpine club of Rome it  is actually property of the C.A.I section of the Aquila, to whom it was donated in 1925.

Currently we are opening by reservation.

Pietracamela, one of  the most beatiful village in Italy

A beautiful house rent in Pietracamela, wonderful village placed in the Gran Sasso Laga national Park. If you want, I can organize all that you need.

A lots possibility near the village: climbing, trails, ski alpinism, ice climbing or simply rest.
